BCMS recruits experienced candidates for direct hire based on your job description. We will conduct candidate screening, coordinate nterviews, verify previous employment and negotiate offers. All searches are conducted on a contingent basis so you have no obligation to hire our candidates. We even have guarantees on direct hires which are superior for the industry! If someone we placed within your office is unsatisfactory during the first 30 days, we will refund your fee.
